British Columbia Real Estate Association - The British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) represents 12 member real estate boards and their more than 18,000 REALTORS® on all provincial issues.
Institute of Real Estate Management - Professional association for managers of income-producing property.
Canadian Real Estate Association - The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is one of Canada's largest single-industry trade associations, representing more than 97,000 real estate Brokers/agents and salespeople working through 100 real estate Boards and Associations.
Property Manager - The administration of rental or other property that is not owner occupied for a fee.
Owner - a person who has legal ownership of a property and has the right to use it and has full control over it unless prevented by an agreement.
Tenant - One that pays rent to use or occupy land, a building, or other property owned by another.
Property - A piece of real estate.
